Nah, the 12000 backer tier is definitely potentially achievable if we already have 6000 backers now, looking at other HasLabs; remember, the vast majority of backers on most crowdfunding projects and crowdfundish stuff like this are in the first and last 48 hours. Star Saber was at less than half of its backer number goal 7 days into the campaign, and it didn't reach its goal until about 11 days before the end of its campaign, but by the end it got 250% of its goal. Galactus didn't reach its goal until like 4 days before the end, but still finished with like 220% of its backer number goal. The fact that the HISS Tank funded so insanely quickly is an outlier. Still not sure this will get to 12000 to unlock Mephisto, but it's far from out of reach as of yet; I see this thing for sure funding, but only maybe getting to Mephisto; not confident much past that.
