Based on listing information on the super7 site, I believe this preorder is exclusive to super7, much like the recent glow-in-the-dark TMNT foot soldier.

I would guess s7 took some time to develop the plastic ghost look instead of just slapping the glow in the dark variant onto him. I appreciate they took this approach instead.
