I have basically a top 40 at this point, but if I had to pick only ten for a new Top 10, it'd be these:

01.) Doctor Octopus (white Armani suit with bendable wire tentacles)
02.) Cyclops ('90s Jim Lee with an optic blast accessory, a new head sculpt, an alternate Scott Summers head and no cel-shading)
03.) Jean Grey ('90s Jim Lee uniform without cel-shading)
04.) Magneto (classic red-and-purple uniform)
05.) Mary Jane Watson (first appearance clothes with a new smiling head sculpt based on John Romita Sr.'s art)
06.) Hulk (Deluxe Merged/Professor in his brown Pantheon era jumpsuit)
07.) Mystique (classic)
08.) Storm (black Outback era uniform with the yellow chest lightning bolt insignia)
09.) Mysterio (classic suit with alternate Quentin Beck civilian head and a better cape and helmet)
10.) Leader (orange-and-black costume with "Jiffy Pop" brain head sculpt)

Honorable mentions go to classic Luke Cage, early '90s black and red West Coast suit Wonder Man, Jim Lee era Gold Team Colossus, an updated classic brown-and-tan costume Wolverine, Ringmaster with a swirling hypnotic effect accessory for his hat, purple-and-white suit She-Hulk, "Heroes Return" armor Iron Man, Generation X suit Jubilee, early 90s West Coast suit Hawkeye, a sold-separately classic White Queen, a completely-visible Invisible Woman in her 1995 Fantastic Four uniform (the one with the opera gloves, not the two-piece suit look), and pretty much anyone from "Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars", from Rogue and Cyclops to the Absorbing Man and Titania. I'm also hoping for a John Byrne art based Captain America with an alternate smiling head sculpt and alternate triangular shield, a Silver Age red-and-blue costume Romita Sr. art based Spider-Man with the chest spider emblem's legs facing out to the sides, and a green-and-orange uniform Doc Ock on the Retro card with bendable wire tentacles and his black glasses with white lenses, a la "The Death of Captain Stacy". I don't really have many M.C.U. figure wants, but I admit I would love a figure of Electro in his green-and-yellow jacket from 'No Way Home'.
