Teeechnically this 3D Clone Wars Season 1-2 outfit for Obi-Wan (as well as Anakin's) originated in the 2D Tartakovsky series as well, although obviously there were a couple tweaks between the two versions; mainly things like undersuit color and belt style, although it seems like the 2D series implied Obi-Wan's torso armor was a whole Clone chestplate under the outer tunic, while the 3D series changed that to just shoulder/collar armor over the outer tunic, as well as adding bicep armor to create somewhat of a continuum of armor across the wingspan that the 2D one is lacking:
