Yeah, i took another look at the figures and they kind of had a armor vibe going on with the costumes, but somehow, i liked that with Flash. My favorite Flash artist is Michael Turner, i mean that Flash issue 207 cover is just phenomenal ! the best Flash drawing ever, just so good. I know that was Wally and this is Barry, but no matter who is under the mask, Michael Turner Flash is my ideal Flash and that version is pretty wide chested and mascular. (RIP Michael Turner, you left us too soon :/)
I mean before 80s Arnold films, all super heroes were just lean and athletic. I mean look at Curt Swan, Superman or Neal Adams Batman. Now though, they all have physics like Body Builders... lol Flash, Batman, Superman, Green lantern, you name it. Artist draw muscle on them until they are out of ink... lol
so mascular Flash doesn't bother me in short.
