Information from that site tells us that there were no electronic equipment present inside Bumblebee figure. But, electronics were present inside the Mechtech Weapon System as revealed by Red Leader of 2005 Boards.

Shorter than Battle Ops Bumblebee, it is said that Leader Bumblebee features the head sculpt from its Human Alliance version. It is also said that Leader Class Bumblebee is much more screen accurate.

Regarding Deluxe Class Starscream, TransMY says that he carries very little underbelly robot kibble when in his Vehicle Mode (F-22 Raptor).
