The text blurb talking about non-final paint instead of sculpt implies the existing figures are plain re-releases, but these are revamped, not straight repops: Robin has an ab-crunch, and Batman has double-jointed knees along with what look like ball hips(!). Maybe there were later releases that had these upgrades, like how Scarecrow got double knees? I don't know for sure. Condiment King also looks like he has 1/10-style flexible briefs? That's an improvement if I've ever seen one, because DC Direct hips are some of the ugliest joints this side of ventriloquist dummy mouths.
Before DC Direct switched the BTAS line to Batman: The Adventure Continues, the figures in the second to last wave all had double jointed knees. Some of them, such as Gray Ghost, had the flexible briefs instead of the DCUC style hips. The last wave was all repacks of older figures from a box set.
