I don't think he even knows what he's arguing.
He says that characters like Zatanna and Black Canary are too obscure to get figures but then tries to justify Mcfarlane making toys of obscure male characters like Booster Gold and Firestorm while Best Buy couldn't keep Classic Wonder Woman restocked for a day and Knightfall Catwoman never got a restock.
And we still haven't gotten a classic Kara Zor-El or Linda Danvers Supergirl but Mcfarlane will give us random shit like Abyss that's currently clogging Walmart/Books A Million's shelves and a barefoot action figure of himself.
Hell, I'm pretty sure a Shayera Hol Hawkgirl would outsell that shit just based on nostalgia for the 2000s Justice League cartoons. Let alone DC's A-list female heroes like Wonder Woman,Catwoman,Harley Quinn,Batgirl and Supergirl.
I'd also like to mention that the OTHER DC Comics toy licensee Spin Master has no issue making figures of Wonder Woman,Batgirl,Harley Quinn and Catwoman in both 4" and 12" scale despite them being "kids toys".
If Spin Master can sell female superheroes to little boys who still think "girls have cooties" then what the hell is Todd's excuse?
