Hello All!

I'd like to find out more about these sets I found if anyone is able to lend a hand. Based on the toys alone they seem to be from Mattel's line of Atlantis die-cast vehicle figures. However, I can't find anything about the surrounding packaging and it definitely doesnt match the standard boxes the toys usually came int. The Toys "R" US logo on the comic leads me to believe these particular versions might have been promos of some kind. Would anyone be able to confirm this?
