It can be done, I was able to improve upon the original Marvel Legends Netflix Punisher using Classified parts. Or course your mileage may vary depending on the parts you choose to use...but there is some compatibility that can be worked across the lines, especially with the MCU figures as they share a similar scale to the Joes.
