It finally arrived from EE. No not the figure, the email I've been waiting for since April 2024.

"Unfortunately, we're sorry to report that the manufacturer has notified us that we will not be receiving any additional shipments of the DC Build-A Wave 12 JLA Superman 7-Inch Scale Action Figure (Item MF15678) you ordered, because they have discontinued production of this item. No additional information was provided to us by the manufacturer as to why this occurred. Sadly, that means we will not be able to ship it to you and have cancelled it from your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes."

This is the first time this has happened to me. Anyone else ever get this (eventually) from a preorder with an online retailer? I understand EE just oversold their allotment, but still leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Just trying to decide which online retailers to use exclusively. My only McToys order from Amazon came in a gray plastic bag, so they're out of the equation completely. So Amazon is out, Entertainment Earth is out. I've had pretty good experiences with BBTS.
