There is no X-Men First Class line.
Or at least, it's extremely unlikely at this point. Certainly not in time to tie in with the release of the movie.
We've already seen prototypes and pre-orders for Thor and Captain America products, but First Class comes in-between the two movies, yet we haven't seen hide nor hair of any prototypes, solicitations, or even a mention of First Class having it's own toyline. Hasbro's also got a very "full" summer with Thor, Captain America and Transformers 3 as it is. Plus First Class was rushed through production which likely didn't give Hasbro time to properly develop a toyline to go with it.
As I've said elsewhere, I'm pretty sure that barring a very unlikely surprise at Toy Fair this weekend, the most likely outcome is that the Marvel Universe line will be "X-Men Heavy" for a good chunk of the year. That'll likely be as close to a First Class toyline as it gets.
Maybe (big maybe) there'll be some kind of exclusive set of the team in their "uniforms" (since you could basically use the same mold for all if them just with different headsculpts and minor detail tweaks), but I'd be doubtful even on that.
