So I was trying to order Slice and Dice last night on Pulse and was having a similar problem. I know in the past that editing my phone number on the contact page worked in the past, but last night it was not, and since I was on my phone it was making do a touch and hold test to make sure I was human, but it would still not let me check out. I changed my payment option to Paypal and was able to check out without any problem. So basically checkout on the Pulse website sucks.
