Edit: D'oh! I didn't realize that the pictures were not attached. Attached now. Do take a look and enjoy.

What is it?
McFarlane's toy of Superman Robot #4 from the Superman (2025) movie.

Is it good?
It's adequate... on a good day.

Should I buy it?
Probably not.

There are two 1.5 reasons as to why you might want to get this guy though.

1) You're aware of and are a fan on the concept of the Superman Robots from the comics.
1.5) You would like a representation of a Superman Robot for your collection.

2) You've seen the Superman (2025) movie.
2.5) You've totally fallen for #4's charm over the duration of his screentime.

3) Bonus reason to get this guy: You're already collecting the other figures from this toyline/movie tie-in, and you need him to complete your set.

If the answers to the above are not "yes", consider skipping him and saving your hard earned dosh.

Here's why:
Dark Clouds: First up is his lesser bang for your buck compared to the other Deluxe Theatrical Releases. Both Superman and Lex Luthor come with extra faces and hands, as well as Krypto for Superman and Baby Kaiju for Luthor. But Superman Robot #4 only comes with extra heads and hands. Considering he has the same price at retail as those other two, his lack of that lil' sumthin'-sumthin' extra means that he comes with less value in comparison. It doesn't help that as a spindly robot, there's not as much plastic mass to him, further lowering his perceived dollar value.

Secondly, you would think that a gangly robot like him would be hyper-articulated, which would have offset the perception of him being less valuable due to his spindly nature. But nope, he's got less articulation than your standard McFarlane DC Multiverse figure. Even the older releases outclass #4's articulation and posability.

His knees and elbows are both just single jointed. His ankles only have up and down hinges. His wrists are only swivels. He doesn't even have bicep swivels and his spine & torso just aren't nearly as flexible as they could/should have been.

Silver Linings: But not all is lost. At the end of the day, #4 still looks pretty good and his metallic paint-job really gives him a premium feel.

His short and uneven cape might not be film accurate, but it gives him a jaunty charm, which I personally enjoy.

His articulation might be limited but it's not like he's an immobile brick. He's got enough usable articulation to go around, especially around the shoulders.

And of all the Deluxe Theatrical Releases, he arguably has the best range of facial expressions in his extra heads.

TL;DR
Superman Robot #4 is far from perfect, but he's not at all atrocious either. How worth it it is to get him depends mostly on how much you want the character itself.

As a figure, he's adequate by McFarlane DC Multiverse standards.
