well she made a big fuss about not showing off her "abs" in the Wolverine and deadpool movie since she's a mother these days. thats what she said in one of the behind the scenes stuff for the movie on disneyplus.

As for Elektra, Jennifer Garner may not have been willing to let them use her likeness. There were some Alias tv series figures years ago, but it doesn't look like any company has made a figure of a character she's played since. It's possible that she agreed to let companies use her likeness early in her career, but decided against it after a few years. To be honest, I didn't love her costume in DP&W. It passes a squint test for a Fox Elektra costume. But I don't think it's as good as her costumes from Daredevil (2003) or Elektra (2005). But that's just how I feel.
