According to Toy Guru, of the 4 Horsemen: There won’t be any more retailer exclusive waves in 2011! What we will see are retailers getting the waves for an exclusive window (usually a month) much like K-mart got with wave 13 last year. Wave 18 will have a exclusive time at Walmart, but the wave won’t be exclusive to the chain. Target should also be getting an exclusive window for an upcoming wave of DCUC.

Again, this is something that was not covered at Toy Fair, but how much more reliable can you get then this?
