4.7" is pretty tiny; don't think I'll be getting this.

Yeah... I get it since this was originally a Gundam-focused line for which it made sense to scale with Gunpla, but ever since they introduced other mechas in the line I felt a bit cheated.

They're just too small.

I do believe they will be doing multiple scales for these characters across multiple lines, including Chogokin and GunPla. At least, that was the original plan when they announced the license.

Oh yeah, I thought they teased the Chogokin one at the 10th anniversary tour. I'd be more interested in that one.

I also have a feeling we'll see MonsterArts versions of the assorted Kaiju from the film.

You got a link on that?

I know there are kits now for the first movie but they are hella expensive.

Wow, those Jager designs are really bland and simple compared to the first movie. Interest -10.

I agree! I liked the look of the earlier models of Jaegers like Gypsy Danger and Cherno Alpha because they look...real, I mean as "real" as a giant robot could be. Never liked Striker Eureka for the same reason, he looked too refined.

These new Jaegers all look like Striker Eurekas, Gundam-ish. I'm not sure I like that. Although I'll wait until I see what they actually look like in the movie before I pass judgment.

I think this gypsy looks far better than the original.

Plus, there were several generations of these things in the movie, of course they'd become more refined. I don't need to see the iron giant fighting monsters.

Thanks!!

Well I love the figure even if it's 4.7'' actually is perfect for me since I collect 4'' figures mostly. This can act as military robot. Will have to buy a couple.

So again any idea when they will come out? End of the year probably... any stores taking pre-orders?

There's a photo of SOC ver of Gipsy Danger right next to the Robot Damashii one. So this ver might be a 7" in height, since an SOC usually around 10"-12". And another ver of Gipsy Avenger surface on the net. And we don't know he belongs to which line.
