okay, i'm a little confused. isn't the penny a tru exclusive?
and wouldn't that penny fit better with the regular/tv line instead of the comic line?...

I think TRU is just going to have Penny at SDCC before she is released at retail. I think the Transformers MP figures are the same way.

the mp tf are exclusive to tru and no other store will carry them. but I don't get why they would do that to a wide release figure unless it's exclusive to them and apparently it's not...

It is the same thing BBTS did for the retail version Transformers Titan Metroplex. They were supposed to be the FIRST place to get them at the Botcon before ANYWHERE ELSE, but Amazon sent them out before Botcon and messed that all up for BBTS. And Metroplex is supposed to have a retail release sometime soon.
