The new film is much more "Real World" meaning that his outfit is not as big and bulky, this is from the comic.

Luckily I picked up the Exclusive Edition of this before it sold out, I had no idea it would go that fast. Unfortunately my wife found out and it looks like I will only be able to enjoy this until I can get rid of it. Just bad timing, I'm definitely KEEPING the avengers stuff coming out though. heh.
