I thought so. The scale kills the price point.

Mattel can make this, yet Hasbro can't make a proper Marvel playset for the 3 3/4 inch figures?

Also, is it just me, or does that face sculpt look more like Ben Affleck than the range for "collectors?"

I mean, they gave you guys a massive helicarrier and quinjet, both of which were pretty rad.

Personally I won't settle until they throw us a Sentinel the size of a goddamn toddler.

I love playsets, but this one may prove too big for me.

Time to convince my wife that our six year old needs this for Christmas.

The Sentinel Masterworks with a height of 18' wasn't enough?

Not just you. I agree. I wouldn't say the Multiverse one looks nothing like Affleck but this one is superior by miles. To be honest I say the basic assortment even got the Gal Gadot and Henry Cavill likenesses better than the Multiverse ones too.

Oh so true. My buddy used to have the Batman Returns Wayne Manor/Batcave and we used to play with that thing constantly.

Batman's DreamhouseXD! Seriously though, as time passes by, I can't help but think He-Man was one time success for Mattel and they just suck at making boy toys (and lately girl toys too).

It doesn't look similar at all, people just think that because we finally get another actual playset after decades. Unlike the TMNT playset, this ill designed, it have such bad and stupid use of space. First, it doesn't even look like cave! It's more like an apartment building. The elevator in the middle of it ruins the continuity of rooms, you barely have a place for one figure in every area of the playset! The gimmicks aren't good enough to redeem it from its very dominant faults. On the other hand, TMNT secret sewer lair playset is amazing, it's giant and have place for a lot of figures and the gimmicks aren't on expense of the playset structure.

The TMNT secret sewer lair playset cost about the same, but this "Batcave" playset doesn't worth it.

I like it. But I'm not loving it and I feel a playset you have to love it to buy it. Now I may change my mind if I see it in person but right now I wouldn't spend 100$ on it. That's just me.

Kinda reminds me of the old one back from keaton batman returns days.... not sure if it's worth the price, maybe if it went to 50% off or more, then i might consider it.

Why does Batman have guns?

Also that blue movie Bats... is that a thing? I don't collect this scale so I'm not super familiar... but I've never seen one before regardless.

I managed to find him on Amazon after seeing that picture. I'm slowly developing an addiction to a particular type of blue Batman, so I might make an exception to my yellow oval logo rule.

I'd no idea they'd made a Batman Returns playset until now - it's pretty cool!
