Most of these I want, that Multiple Man looks fantastic. I really don't like the way Storm is packaged though, I can already tell majority of these will have warped legs, hers are thin as it is and she's packed really jenky in there.

Why can't people ever take good photos of new figures when they are found in the wild like this? They are always blurry, out of focus and so on (and in the box no less...) It's not a UFO...it's an action figure.

Somewhere, in the Canadian wilderness, there are seven, out of focus, action figures wandering about.

The wave looks terrific, but something is off on Psylocke's face. It looks nothing like the one we saw at the previous con reveals. I'm actually inclined to think it's the new Spider-Woman figure's headsculpt with a different hairpiece.

I like that Wolverine comes with a bared teeth head sculpt. I do like my retro Legends one more i think, but I dont understand why it didnt come with a headsculpt like this

When this happens it is usually because of copyright laws. For them to use it they have to have the Marvel's name in front. They have done it for years now. Transformers and GI Joe have had to do this for Decades. That is why you will see names like Autobot Jazz or Decepticon Soundwave on a package and not just their name. They even had to for a time call Hot Rod by Hot Rodimus and even Hot Shot because of the license issues. Domino and Paladin are the same right now in the Deadpool figures. They have the Marvel name in front.

I feel like this is a pretty solid wave except Gladiator will peg warm and once the army building is done the Madrox will probably sit there as well. Since I have the SDCC Gladiator I will probably try to find the Apoc head loose if I don't just order a case. My money is on Wolverine being the double pack.

No, this is him from the comics. A movie Apocalypse absolutely would not need to be a BAF and would also be lame because well he looked lame in the movie.
