In a dream world, and likely to never happen, I would love to see them take their Arnold from the Predator toys and their Stallone from the Rambo toys and make a Contra 2-pack.

^ Would be awesome!

They could do a NES Predator Dutch repaint, but an all pink Dutch? Not sure how good that would look.

NES Rambo would actually be pretty cool. I'd be down for that one.

Double Dragon would be kick ass. Tho if they are going to get into new molds, I wouldn't mind these in a smaller format. I like the ridiculous retro aspect of them, but I don't need 2 shelves worth of 7 inch figures for them. They'd be good filler on existing spaces tho if they were 4 inch.

That being said, the Robocop will be mine in whatever size

Batman!!! That was one of my absolute favorite games for NES! Until Arkham Asylum came out, it was the best Batman game EVER!

I wish NECA would hijack the horribly mismanaged Halo license from McFarlane.
Other than that, I would love NECA to make figures from
Parasite Eve
Shadow of the Colossus
Link - specifically in the style from A Link to the Past

I'm not into many videogames, but the ones I am, I actually love.

I wish NECA would begin focusing on the Ninja Gaiden franchise again. They did a really great Ryu Hayabusa figure a few years ago, and I would love to see multiple figures of Ryu in his different armors/outfits. NECA could even keep up with their awesome new trend of NES-inspired figures and packaging and give us an NES-style Ryu !!! Most importantly, I'd love to have NECA figures of Momiji, Ayane, and Rachel

Also, I'm probably one of the few, lol, but I'd love to see NECA's take on the characters from the Final Fight games! The characters from that series who transitioned into the Street Fighter franchise were sadly underrepresented in SOTA's Street Fighter line. Plus, there were so many bizarre boss characters that would look incredible as action figures. NECA could even design some sort of cool horizontally oriented SNES-style packaging !

Sure thing. I'll need that money to cover the lawsuits.

YES! That would be so awesome. That line could go on for a while, too. Plenty of characters to make. As long as they fit in well with the SOTA stuff, I'm down.

I think that either NES Dutch or NES Rambo are going to be next. There is clearly hype about both of those figures currently, so I see no reason for them to not make them next...

Took the words out of my mouth!

I think it would be awesome to see NECA MORTAL KOMBAT! They seem PERFECT for it! Just hope they actually make a line and not just a few figures. For every line aside from Predator and Bioshock, they seem to just make a few characters. SFIV anyone? C. Viper was the ONLY character that didn't have a figure before from other companies. High tiers like Sagat and El Fuerte snobbed off? What the hell?

Mass Effect please and thank you.

Big Fish toys suck and the SE toys are expensive and all of mine broke immediately.

The modern video games aren't really what I was going for in this thread. This was more about how NECA is taking their existing movie licenses (Robocop, Friday the 13th, Elm Street, etc.) and creating "video game" versions of those toys.

I get that people are looking at "video games" as a whole, but they're treating them as two separate things.

Also, they said on their Twitter that Contra isn't possible. Bummer.

A lot of great suggestions that I'd be hard-pressed not to turn into Fry from Futurama. Sucks to hear about Contra, though. Hopefully, it's just not doable now and not totally impossible.

I can say that one of those licenses I DON'T want NECA to give the NES treatment to is E.T. That game was horrible and I really don't want a constant reminder sitting on my shelf.

Aside from that, I'd prefer if NECA could get ahold of some additional licenses to help expand the line. For example, getting the SF and MK licenses the hell away from Jazwares. I'd love to see NES-inspired versions (along with good modern ones). A master license from Capcom would be even better.
