Silver Sword Accessory, please help ID

Hi guys,
Here's another mystery accessory. Any help to id it would be awesome! About 2" long (same scale as a vintage D&D or Remco figure). Kind of stiff (not rubbery) with a textured, corded grip and large round pommel. Thanks for the help!
