What is this figure?

I found this random figure (it is 3 3/4), and I need help figuring out what it is. Any ideas?

Lanard WOW GIRLS. Lanard makes The Corps, made the Wow Girls back in the late 1990's/early 2000's.

That figure had at least one more color variation and was a pop singer, I guess. Ebay shows one sold for around $14 loose recently.

I can't believe you knew that. The OP's thread was driving me nuts wanting to know too! LOL! I was looking up crazy stuff.... "Charlie's Angels MOC" and "Barb Wire MOC", "Chaos! MOC" to see if I could find it... hahhahaha
