Damn... they have the same writer... should have picked someone knew IMO and just let him be the executive producer or something. I think the first few seasons of SoA were pretty good and then right around the time Opie wasn't on the show anymore it all went downhill after that. Also... just my opinion, but the actor who played Jax wasn't a good actor, not as good as the rest of the cast anyway.

down hill? no way dude, maybe the last season was alittle slow but most of the series was top notch

^ IMO the season 4 finale ruined the show for me. It had a tremendous buildup... everyone was supposed to get arrested for RICO and Clay was supposed to be killed for what he did to Opie's dad and Tara was supposed to leave Charming for good... but then nope... nothing happened. The RICO case goes poof and everyone is fine and Clay gets to still be around for no reason and Tara sticks around too... everything basically went back to normal. IMO once Jax took over the club at the start of Season 5 the show just floundered for the next few seasons until the end... it was really good up until that point though.
