Bandai's 11th SOC Spec is the Falguen (Falgen?) from Metal Armor Dragonar, and it looks like it's starting to show up in stores in HK, which means it's shipping now.

So far none of the promo photos have shown the metal "armorless" skeleton that's at the heart of this figure, but the metal content should still be pretty nice and it looks quite poseable to boot. The huge wing pack doesn't hurt, either.
