Thanks, guys. The interview was fun, because it made me really think about my collection in ways I usually don't. Luckily, it was condensed and edited a lot, because my original answers were about 3 times longer. It maybe provided too much insight into obsession...

Yeah, the Nano's have decent paint apps. Some are better than others. The only problem with them, which I've found is common with die cast in general, is that the paint does chip away pretty easily. One small tumble will do it. But, they cost less than a dollar, so they're easy to replace.

Trying out a new way to take and post pictures. My Arkham collection is the test subject.

If I just do smaller strips like that, it's easier to digest, maybe?

Oh yes!! This definitely makes it easier to appreciate the figures individually. For an example, I did not see the Lady Shiva figure at the corner before, or Azrael in the back row toward the middle.

I think you could even cut each shelf into maybe three separate photos too?

That's about half of one shelf. I could probably do each shelf in quarters.

Some new pickups. I still buy the 13" figures when I can find a good deal. I bought these from a sale over the weekend at a local record store. Paid $40 for the lot.

If I'm looking at the same one as you, that's the New 52 Superboy.

Couple more "about time" pickups. Swamp Thing that I missed many years ago and ToyFare magazine exclusive Hal.

Yess!! Thanks Spastic! I just googled new 52 superboy and he is indeed the one! That is a pretty nice looking costume! I only know him from Young Justice and he had the lamest looking costume in that one. He has come a long way....

Native American dude is Man of Bats from the Batman: Incorporated line.

Robin is the Toyfare exclusive Jason Todd from the Hush line.

Mad Hatter is from the Long Halloween line.

Spastic, how do you keep the dust away from the figures? I presume you don't dust them every week because I can imaging it takes a ton of time to go through your entire collection !

I didn't put any air vents in the room when I built it. Those are the number one cause of dust. I've only dusted once in the year that the room's been finished and even that was just a very minuscule amount of dust, probably more from the construction than anything.

Oh wow, you custom built the room for it!!! That is pretty cool. I also didn't know that not having air vents can prevent so much dust. But what about maintaining temperature/humidity then? Do you just use a portable?

I want that Catwoman in front of Man of Bats so much. I can't find a good price for her loose.
