Bought some AzBats for customs through Walmart. Found Glow Frankenstein at Target. Fed Ex brought the rest from McF.

They are pretty damn cool. Though, I must say, the ones that I haven't been able to stop messing around with are Sam and Twitch. They could very well be in my top 10 for the year.

That Sam & Twitch two-pack does look great too. They were highlights of the HBO series for me and the comics.

I love Sam and Twitch. I remember the original Sam and Twitch were the harder to find 2-packs. Then they released a "SWAT" set.

I still have one of those 2 packs, from '96, I believe. I also used to have the cool grey/ sepia toned set, with Sam sitting on the stool smoking 4 cigarettes at once. The Twitch in that set couldn't stand without a base and even then, he'd fall over constantly. There was a lot of super glue on those guys before I finally retired them to landfill.

I really love that retro Batman lunch box, I've given serious thought to that one before. That has not only the figures inside but the retro art cards right? So cool.

The new figures look very nice. I guess these are the figures in the AutoT system that Neca just started, isn't it? I watched a few videos about the new system, I think it was working a little slow, but the your figures have arrived, this is great. They look very lively. Are these limited figures? Congrats.

So help me understand this. (I feel so old!). So before they sold out in minutes, you placed an order on Walmart.com, and you were given a code? Then using that code, you can select to have it in digital form or physical form? Then if you choose physical form, then you pick a Walmart to pick up?

I placed the order. A couple hours later, I was emailed a Claim code for each item. Then, I went on the special AutoT website and claimed each one. You then have to choose to have it shipped or put in the vault. If you choose to ship (I cannot fathom anyone choosing the other option), you are greeted with 3 weeks of radio silence. Then, one day, a shipping notification will pop up in your email. The orders are fulfilled by NECA, from the same address that any preorders on their NECA Store site come from. So, really, it's a complete waste of time and extra steps.
Nice. Now I'm really curious what's the "vault". To store your toys digitally? |

As far as I know (or understand), yes, the vault is for storing the digital toy. You can store it for 2 years for free. Then they start to charge you. But in the meantime, you can sell or trade your fake toy with other people for different fake toys. The whole thing gives me dysentery.

I would love to have the ability to sew clothes like a tailor in this type of work, because it requires very detailed work. I think your project looks great. Is it your first work? congratulations. ![]()

The new figure is beautiful. Your custom work looks amazing. Painting and details are very good. Did you use the cape from any figure? Or is it the figure's own cloak?

That Robin cape gave Batman a run for his money! Why should Robin always be wearing short shorts and short capes, right?
