I got off Work and went to St Albert Wal-mart to get a few items and to check on what is on clearance. Lo and be hold I found a Captain Jean-Luc Picard sitting on the shelf. I am thinking "The new figures aren't out yet are they?". On closer inspection it is not the new figure but the original 1994 Generation Captain Jean-Luc Picard in my hand. Now I never bought it since I have not collected those since before 1998 and not getting the new ones. I almost did just for the oddity of it, but I was already buying 2 dvds as it was. So I scanned it to see if you could buy it. It scans as a DC BAF $29.97 cad. I left him by the Batmobiles on the DC shelf.

Check to see if the barcode is taped on. Someone may have bought a DC figure, cut the barcode off, taped it to a Star Trek figure and returned it to essentially get a free DC toy.

When I was working at Walmart in inventory and we were reorganizing the backroom we found a 10-11 year old case of figures from Revenge of the Sith.
(I also recall a few turning up at another Walmart around that time)
I can't even imagine that more than double, wow.

Nope. It was the same barcode printed on the cardboard itself that scanned.

About 10-12 years ago when TVC was getting pretty good, I found a PotF2 Dagobah Luke at a Wal-Mart in NJ, that would've been about 15 years old then, so you got me beat haha. The figure rang up as $5.
