SPOILERS : Whose Ready for New Dark Avengers?

I gotta say that movie goblin custom idea and use of parts is awesome,I would attempt it myself for I have the parts but lack the patience,on a side note,what is the obsession with marvel and osborne?why they would pick such an unstable character to play such a huge role is beyond me.

They should have used Doom!!! He is clearly all there! Lol

J/K. Aren't all of the villains ( and heroes when you think about it) pretty insane.

I just think that Osborne has the money the contacts AND is crazy enough to try to pl this stuff off. Its the perfect trifecta. The only other choice would be Doom..but he doesn't play nice with others and his team would be a mess with him basically demanding his "partners" bow to his will.

Doom is all there,he is a brilliant scientist,master sorcerer,monarch,shall I go on?norman is a half wit,this goes back to my saying they need to have Doom do something huge in the marvel universe,stop rehashing tired story arcs like dark reign again,Doom is clearly the answer to the blah of comics as of late,not osborn,no instead they have Doom as a so called lackey with a collar enslaved to an evil reed richards?please,surely they can come up with something better than that for their best anti-hero(for Doom is not a villian).

Osborne is broke. I'm pretty sure Oscorp isn't even around anymore. He hasn't been a businessman for a while. He's just crazy charismatic and an awesome public speaker. Plus he's Tommy Lee Jones twin brother. He latches on to weaker people and uses their own goals and aspirations to further his own. He's a smooth, mass manipulator, evil son of a psychotic bitch and that's about it.

Well the original was filled with characters that we already knew and liked. Bullseye, Mac Gargan, Ares... This team is full of no names. The only one I instantly knew from the picture besides Osborn was Skaar. The other one I know is Ragnarok who isn't in the picture, but even then he isn't that well known in my opinion.

@Doomtron. That picture of Norman is EXACTLY what I had in mind. I think Hank should use the Extremis Armor for the custom. That would be epic awsome.

Well, I am going to go forward with this custom, full on.

So I will grab that Extremis armor (there's still a few hanging around my targets)

That Joe Firefly helmet, and Joe Glider.

I will add an LED for the chest unibeam/arc light, and LED eyes.

My questions:

What color for the LEDs? I think yellow eyes are a must, and a green chest light. What are your thoughts?

Also for paint, go strictly green/silver (like that cool example using Titanium man) or add in some purple? My mind says the chest/body section should be purple, plus that would offset the green LED nicely.

Not sure, any thoughts/ideas?

LEDS?!?! EPIC AWSOME. Yellow eyes for sure, I think the chest piece can just be white, or maybe yellow as well. I vote yellow actually. Paint is going to be tricky, because I feel you will either have to much green, or to much purple. I think a green with a heavy grey shading would look awsome, along with purple. Of course it has to be metallic too. Personally, I like dark colours so I'd like the deepest purple and green without going over board, thats where the grey tinting comes in, I would thnik.

Like this, but a bit more green, but this kind of idea, and that firefly helmet would look so sexy.

The extremis has the sharpness of this armour, but the yellow LED eyes and chest peice will set it over the top dude!

YOUR STEALING!! Lol just bugging. To fallow comics, Marvel Comics Database has good summeries for comics, as for orders, just google "marvel comic events". Wili has a page of all the events in order by year. I hope that helps answer your question.

Yeah yellow LEDs all around is the way to go, I now agree. I think smoky metallic gray with just tints of metallic green and purple. Sounds awesome1

I can see the edginess of the Extremis armor working, using that pic as a reference. I really dig how the panels of that armor make a Goblin face on his chest, subtle but genius.

The head I think is GI Joe PoC Firefly. (God only knows what I did with the hands....). Whatcha think? Is it too Spiderman 1/Willem Defoe Goblin?

Also attaches to his armor for a power up mode.

The glider is from GI Joe PoC Skydive, that I'm sure of.

Man, this is SUCH a great idea that I want to stea...er...."borrow" it too!

I always thought that cool Firefly helmet looked like a Goblin armor and this idea just puts pats of figs I have in a box together into something awesome.

We should do a "build along"!

Goes like this: everyone starts with a of the exact few core parts, then everyone goes their own direction and we see what we get!

I'm in- even if no one else is playing! ...though I may use a different body- that old IM has no chest!
