For a little time after the Civil War, Sue and Reed had some alone time and asked T'Challa and Ororo to fill in for them.

And they meet the Zombies.

And yeah she's joining the Avengers.

STorm, Black Panther, thing and Johnny made up the team for an adventure or three while reed and Sue patched things up after Civil War (maybe after one of their other falling outs, I I think that was it).

Great art by Paul Pelitier but the story blew monkeys....BP took out the Silver Surfer (in space) with a crappy martial arts move.
Really?!? REALLY?!?!

FF story quality was always questionable until hickman came along and turned it into pure gold.

One of the best things about the new Avengers line-up is that the Vision is back in the team. I only hope it isn't that asswipe Jonas personality. The Dark Avengers got me back into comics so I will give them a try but they need to lose barney Barton. He died in Clint's arms in Avengers 64 back in 69. Let him stay dead.

Pfft Barney wasn't really dead! Come on son, ITS MARVEL! Lol. Am I honestly the only one that likes Barney on the team?

But that was a hard come back from he died from an overload or a projector ray that Egghead made. He friggin died in Goliath's arms (Clint's id at the time.) They then had to carry the body back to Earth, how the hell did he come back from that?

I am assuming cloning? This is taken from Marvel Comics Database.

"t was later revealed that Barney's body was taken by Egghead, who discovered there were faint vital signs and placed him in one of his accelerated healing chamber. When Egghead is eventually killed by Hawkeye, in a final battle with the Avengers, the chamber is lost and forgotten Baron Zemo discovers the chamber and because he holds a personal grudge against Hawkeye, he manipulates his brother to turn against his brother. Baron Zemo then enlists Hawkeye own mentor Trickshot, who was once again suffering from cancer. Zemo recruited him to train Barney to be as proficient with a bow and arrow as his brother.

When the training was completed, Trickshot was badly beaten and his cancer continued to spread. Barney then takes the dying Trickshot to Avengers Tower as a message to Hawkeye.

Sometime later while investigating his former mentor's death, Hawkeye was atrtacked by his brother, declaring himself the new Trickshot. Barney defeats his brother and takes him to Baron Zemo. Zemo had the brothers duel to the death, but Hawkeye manages to best Trickshot in battle. Before teleporting away, Zemo transfers Trickshot's funds over to the winner Hawkeye, then taunts the hero for turning his brother against him.

Later in custody, Trickshot agreed provide a bone marrow sample for transplant to save his brother's sight, but only so he could fight his brother again in the future.

Trickshot was later invited by Norman Osborn to join the second incarnation of the Dark Avengers."

It is why at times I prefer DC. People usually stay dead for along time lol. Unless your name is Mar-Vell, then your destined to stay dead for 20+ years.

You mean like half of the Brightest Day rebirths? Of course I am glad they brought J'onn back. I dropped all their books when Morrison killed him off just "because he could."

He is just as smug as Bendis.

Brightest Day was different, they all came back with a purpose to fulfill. Not just to take up a roster spot haha.

Most have a reason, no matter how lame they are. When they brought J'onn back I picked up a few books and added to my pull list.

It would be nice to somehow get an Easter Egg in the Avengers movie of the Iron Patriot.

I know I derail these threads all the time, but I have to mention Black Panther again - he has his own cartoon. I'm sure many of you have already seen it, but I just stumbled upon it and it is quite good. It is very violent compared to some of the other Marvel cartoons I've seen and the graphics are interesting. Check it out.

It's called "Black Panther: The Animated Series". Since I've been out of work for about two weeks now I have been watching more obscure stuff on Netflix, and it just popped up when I searched for Thor. Apparently it was on BET.

SO DO I! Scott Lang is the best Any Man!
I also hope Jack Of Hearts comes back- he's alive and fighing zombies in Marvel Zombies...er...five?

I love Jack of Hearts- I just wish he still had his awesome armor update from the Silver Surfer 90's run...I swear, they dont use him just 'casue he's a pain to draw!

Moment of trivia for you: Jack of Hearts was once Iron Man's teen sidekick/partner! Seriously!
