I knew these where coming ..I just had no idea.. McFarlane's team..WTF? This is as bad as Hasbro's Indiana Jones costume play for kids..who is this marketed to?..Kids who would play with it dont know it. And adults don't want this shit..what a waste of money on both ends.As disappointing as the Avatar 2 movie figure scale..toy market is crashing (again) soon anyway..

The buildings and tiny vehicles are cool, but those figures leave a lot of be desired
Maybe if I ever see these on clearance I'll buy them just for the diorama stuff to put with my Monsterarts.

Wow, love these. Definitely getting Otachi, and cannot believe we had to wait this long for poor Raiju to get a toy! I would welcome bigger more articulate versions too, but they'll do for now. I hope we get Slattern too...

I don't even like Pacific Rim, but throwing paint onto these and setting up a battle across a shelf is an enticing idea. Leaning into the diorama/playability aspect is a nice move and I wish more giant robot or kaiju lines would see the potential of an environment to interact with.

I actually like the scale and buildings! The Jaegers could use some paint, the buildings as well, but there's something here from a world building perspective. These might be the first McFar I buy, on clearance, hopefully, in one outing, years from now.

Kind of ambivalent about this. I don't see many collectors gravitating towards this line after NECA already covered it so well, and I don't see kids caring much either. The second movie was so poorly received (I'm still pissed that Del Toro didn't return to direct it) that I think overall interest in Pacific Rim has kind of waned.

BTW, Cherno Alpha was among the figures McFarlane announced above but no pics? Out of all the Jagers, Cherno was my favorite and probably the only one I'd pick up from this line if it looks decent.

Here's Cherno's picture from BBTS:

When my boys were younger I would have been all over these. These are like Army Men, you grab a bag full before heading out to Grandma's for easy travel. Looks like the building's cuts are all identical, that means you can build different building heights depending on how many sections you use. Great kids' toys. But not for me anymore.

Thanks for posting that! The color is wrong (it should be more of a greenish-grey), but otherwise it looks cool. If I run across Cherno in a store I'll totally pick it up.

Probably gonna grab these, cuz hopefully it'll encourage a bigger scale line and I missed the initial run for the comics they come with

These look fun but damn I was hoping for something else when I saw McFarlane got the license. I was hoping for some Kaiju megafigs.Especially if they made Leatherback. I have the NECA figure but that was from their first sets before they got better with the articulation and sculpts.

"4 inch scale." Ha. Four inches tall maybe.

I wouldn't mind 4-inch scale pilots and other human characters. Jaeger heads in 4-inch scale would be awesome.

Guess I'm dropping a lot of indie company names today. If you don't want 4 inch Pacific Rim toys, and could afford $90 mechs, then check out LingJiHun Pacific rim figures. They have LED features and metallic paint, standing at 8 inches. Infinity Studio/Heavy Mecha is even bigger and more expensive at 12 inches and $250 price tag, which is probably the same as Threezero's Pacific Rim figures.
