Local WalMart had 6 of the new Shock Trooper in stock today.

After all the scrambling I did to get the Target 2-pack online I went and saw several a few days later in store. I didn't think I would see the TIE in person and when I did it was a shame to see the box all banged up.

also saw a vintage x-wing at a local TrU but forget to check the price cuz I think the $19.99 tag is for something else heh I guess they were cleaning out the backroom cuz they also had quite a few CW motormasters and white optimus primes that weren't there previously!!

Still nothing new in my stores. My TRU currently has 17 Finns on the shelves while my Target has 1 Finn that has a missing eyeball. When is the next wave supposed to hit retail?

I've already seen wave 2 at a Target but nowhere else yet, of course Phasma was missing but I'd bet somebody scooped her up as soon as they touched the pegs. Hasbro themselves just came out recently and acknowledged that there is a massive shortage of Star Wars toys for whatever reason but that they would try to rectify it as soon as possible for Christmas time so hopefully wave 2 will get more distribution real soon.
Side note: I think it's funny how many people thought Chewbacca would be the peg-warmer of wave 1 but so far Finn takes the cake easily. My local TRU has like 8 Finns already to give those 8 Obi-Wans some company, at least they heavily knocked down the price on the Greedo Han Cantina pack so that might finally go away.

Again...i say the Finn figure (at release)is the equivalent of Farm Boy Luke WITHOUT A LIGHTSABER..AND WITHOUT ANY STORY... which technically makes him even less interesting than FBL.
Fast forward to today...if we had seen those trailers of him going up against the stormtroopers..hitting the batons..and he came with a LightSaber...i say he'd be moving off those shelves quite nicely.
I assume this was a ploy early on to keep much of his importance hush-hush..

Oh yeah, I did see that. My Target does have like 4 two packs with that shield carrying ST and some dude with the ugly face on their shelves along with a big ass black tie fighter.
