I still don't understand the point of those dogs, I'm sure it was just to show the dream world seeping into the real world but it seems like a lot of effort for just a few seconds of screen time. Maybe they had more planned for them but couldn't get the effects to work right?

The movie was super rushed, and it sound like they just threw stuff in to do so. A lot of it had no rhyme or reason.

I always thought the dogs were more funny/goofy than scary, but otherwise I agree with Joe that this is probably the scariest that Freddy has ever been on-screen. He just looked more horrifying overall, and I used to love his creepy gimmick of freaking out his victims by actually injuring himself, like when he cut off his fingers in the first movie and especially in this one when he ripped open his head and exposed his brain. Yikes!

Awesome photos! What a nice photo shoot to show off this new Freddy. Neca did a great job, and what a value considering all that you get. Thanks for the review, Toyark!
