Yes. Why has there never been a better figure of Dash? To my knowledge there hasn't been one since the Kenner days.

Yeah, Kenner made just one articulated figure of Dash Rendar but there were also made gaming miniatures of him. Kyle Katarn did get 2 figures though, Mara Jade has 4 so far.

Hasbro just used Darth malgus's light saber blade probably to save money. I compared both in hand its exactly the same blade.There hasnt been orange colored saber in the line that I know of so that be new cost for him and for shin's blade also.
Doesnt look like they fixed his height issue either.

Because they wanted to use Lucas' materials for the sequels because the fandom wouldn't shut up about wanting them to respect "Lucas' vision".

Conveniently forgetting that they hated the Prequel trilogy until Clone Wars and that Lucas himself hated the EU and said it was non-canon repeatedly.

They also conveniently forgot that Luke,Leia and Han were all pushing 70-80 because real people aren't ageless like drawings and text on paper and that we were never going to relive their adventures like it was still 1983.

I've never envied Disney's position with Star Wars no matter what they did the fandom was going to crucify them.

There's a very good reason why anyone involved in Star Wars who interacts with the Star Wars fandom comes away hating it.
