Glad The Bad Batch guys are getting new figures. Sadly Hunter Tech Wrecker and Echo are Walmart Exclusive and Omega is an everywhere release

Still annoying that they couldn't be bothered to make even just a new wider chest with exposed collar area thing for the Clone Commando uses of the Hunter mold. Wouldn't make it perfect but it'd be such a vast improvement, with only one new part needed.

The actual Bad Batch crew look quite nice. Haven't been watching Season 2 since Season 1 didn't really satisfy me, so I can't say for sure, but these look like they put in the right amount of effort to all of them. Especially happy with S2 Omega's new heads, they look great. Will probably at least get her and slap the capless head on my S1 Omega.

Oh, also glad they finally got Tech's goggles/helmet situation right.

Vintage was hit out of the park. Black series has some cool things but it’s mostly just repaints. I’m having a hard time justifying the cost of the black series at this point.

The vintage collection doing more skiff guards was something I never thought would happen.

The pipe lined vintage are exciting and the N1 looks damn good.

I’m most excited for the rumored “Ghost” ship from Rebels as the next Haslab.

starting to think we might not get an update on Jabba's Prisoner Leia. although unfortunately I can see why Hasbro/Disney would feel queasy about releasing a figure of a woman in bondage during a time when female bodily autonomy is not as guaranteed as it ought to be. :/

still holding out hope that a new release becomes available (probably not at retail) with updated face printing at the bare minimum.

There's actually a few things that I want. I wish I could make hasblo eat that jedi spirits pack, but oh well. Plenty of people will buy it not knowing it's wrong. They didn't even bother packing in a couple of lightsabers, which I know is incorrect but they did it in days past.

I think that goes without saying. It never made sense why Lucas made that change. Both Obi-Wan and Yoda ghosts came back as old Obi-Wan and old Yoda, the way they look when they died, why in the world would Anakin look young?!?!

I agree that the change was stupid but I think Lucas' idea was Anakin "died" when he became Darth Vader so this is his preserved Jedi-self. Except even that's weak since he's clearly pulled back to the light by his son, he outright declares as much before dying, so really his ghost should've still looked like a burnt biscuit.

Pre Vizsla is in the development pipeline for Black Series, apparently. Not too hot on the character but more unique Mandalorians will always get my money. The new ROTJ Luke and Vader look pretty groovy as well. The Ithorian also piques my interest, with his collection of holocrons. Too bad it's a Disney OC and not a patron of Chalmun's cantina.

Skiff guards set is cool, but is it $73 cool, Ree Yees' third appearance and most people own him.
This stuff is overpriced. I look forward to its final days and the diehards hating on "cheapskate fans" who bowed out when basic TVC figures hit $20. So, next year, basically.

Black Series Jabba...wait wasn't the first release kind of a poor seller? Or just the bare bones version? The SDCC one was $65 And now it's back with MAGIC RETRO CARDBOARD for $90. What's a $25 mark-up, eh? Don't be a cheap skatez.

Jedi Spirits, why is Anakin so tall or it Kenobi short? They don't match the movie scene. The toy spirit Anakin is closer to the original Shaw's ghost height. Hmmm...

Hopefully that Dok Ondar exclusive will be as easily available as the Hondo Ohnako exclusive was.

I like the Black Series reveals, but apart from Ondar there wasn't anything with any real wow factor. All the new stuff we saw were characters that had already had figures before. I'm happy we are finally getting proper scale R2 it's not exactly mind blowing.

The official explanation is because Anakin died young, he ceased to be him and became Darth Vader at the end of Revenge of the Sith. That said the only thing out of place here is Ben Kenobi’s expression, why so serious in this happy scene? Literally they were directed to look happy. Ben is like >:l

Only thing out of place my ass. We will never forget, and we will always have the 4K restorations of the original award-winning trilogy. George, lucasfilm, disney, and by association hasblo, can never take that away.

I just love how, in true hasblo fashion, they included an Astromech droid head adapter on the N-1 for a Droid Factory R5-D4 that is not currently available at retail. Nor will it be available when the vehicle is released.
