I had some of the Starriors when I was a kid and I loved them. It thought it was great that you could mix and match parts to make new bots.

I had a few of the Starriors as a kid; one of my friends loved the Micronauts. I liked the Micronauts comic book, especially vs the X-men, but this is a vote about toys. Starriors.

WOAH....WOAH! Starriors?!?! Blast from the past! I remember those! I forgot their name over time....till now. I had a bunch of these!!!! They were so cool...and made perfect companions to my Transformers, even without any transformation gimmick.
It's easy to see who I'm voting for here.

Being a child of the 70's it's an easy vote for the Micronauts!!!!
These predated StarWars and had articulation far beyond that of certain lines at retail today. They had a huge mix and match aspect too. Time Traveler, Glider with the spring loaded wings, Biotron, so( awesome!! Baron Karza was the original magnetic balljointed action figure. Just a hugely important toyline in the action figure world. Starriors were good, but not even a hair on Akroyear's ass.... |

I love micronauts and if it was just a straight-up choice as to which was the better toy that is the line I would choose. But, as an icon of the 80's I have to go with Starriors. I barely saw anything Micronauts during the 80's but Starriors was everywhere I went. I attach 80's to that line more then Micronauts.
