I thought the person I quoted was talking about the Japanese art Storm had used for the announcement, which was done by Yoneshima (doing a very good Boris impersonation) not Julie Bell....funny enough, since Boris did the US artwork for Golden Axe 2, I'm pretty sure that is Julie Bell depicted on Boris' cover.
