Not bad. Mk3 Kabal and Jax are the two I'd really want from this line. Hopefully they'll get that far in the roster.

These look awesome! I wonder about the masks. It doesn't say interchangeable heads. I wonder if there is a face sculpt?

Damn you, Storm Collectibles!!!! I was sold on Scorpion and Subzero... figured that would be it. Not a fan of Goro... but this? Shao-Freakin'-Khan? If the throne is part of it, if they keep to the 1:12 scale, that'll make him at least 7.5 to 8 inches tall... and unavoidable to order. If they keep to the MK1 and MK2 designs, I look forward to Old Man Tsung, and several other characters. The ONLY design I don't want at all would be MK1 Sonya. Sorry, but she looks like she's wearing a black diaper. MK3 Kerri Hoskins Sonya is a definite purchase, tho.

MK1 buys: Scorpion, Subzero, Kano, Old-man Tsung

MK2 buys: Cage, Raiden, Kang, baraka, reptile, Kahn

MK3 buys: Sonya, Sindel, Motaro

the rest really have to pop for me to toss $50 each their way...

Looks promising, since the ninjas have interchangeable pieces... hopefully it's an interchangeable head system, rather than removable helmet, since they have to make the helmet bulkier to be a sturdy piece. Case-in-point, First Gokin Shredder. Looks amazing, but with the helmet on, his head looks slightly too big, because the plastic helmet for a 7" toy has to be a thicker ratio than the metal helmet for a 6ft man. a solid helmeted head and unhelmeted head allows the proper scale to be maintained...

either way, I'll probably get this if it's $100 or less.

Does anyone have any info on what the "special edition" variants of these are going to be? On the Storm Collectibles facebook page they have pics of bloody paint jobs on Scorpion and Sub Zero so I am speculating that these are the special edition versions, but I am not sure about that.
