Street Fighter SH Figuarts

Considering they are doing the Street Fighter lineup I have a few wishlist Characters:
Street Fighter 2 lineup: with Zangief and Sagat in the top of the list
Gouki/Akuma, Cammy

and with the SHF lineup doing "web shop exclusives", they might do the evil-ryu variant

Atm it looks like they're aiming to do the SFV roster so there's a chance you'll get Zangief though.

*EDIT*..whoops..forgot ONI...he is DEF in my top ten..but I don't feel like replacing anyone..so it's my TOP ELEVEN LIST!!!

THEN...for the hell of it I want a TEN PACK of all women..lol

Why drives me crazy about seeing that proto, is that SOTA had several opportunities to give us Dee Jay when they started out the Generations line. But we had to get one more *** damned Ryu, Ken, and Akuma didn't we? And let's not forget the SDCC Gouken.

At least the Generations line gave us the cancelled Gief, and the Honda/Dhalsim set. Dhalsim is still one of my favorite figures from the line.

Since I have most of the SOTA crew and nearly all of the original SSF2T cast, I have very few wants. I'd love to get a Juni/Juli set, Juri, Charlie, and a skinny M.Bison based off of his CvS2 sprites, along with Deejay of course. Everything else can take a back seat...

the Sota line was SICK..and any new sculpts will be hard pressed to get it right like they did.

That Gief, that Dhalsim, That Sagat....those figures are beast...I love the size of the bigger figs too...they're monstrous. That "Sim" is one of my favs as well.

From the Sota line i didn't get:

Gouken
Ryu (preview fig)
Akuma (preview fig)
Ken (preview fig)

and i stuck with the Player 1 colors...I like em original.

My three favorites from the SOTA line were M.Bison, T.Hawk, and Birdie, not only were they all monstrous, but they happen to be my favorite characters from the series, and featured some of the very best sculpts from the line (and that leather fringe on T.Hawk...so sexy. In the words of John Hammond, "They spared no expense.")

I have mostly player 1 colors with a couple of variants because they were sick in the game, like Vega's Spanish flag color, Akuma's "shin" garb, and Dhalsim's creepy blue man look. If only they had given me pink T.Hawk...I might be willing get to overlook missing Deejay from my collection.

Tell me about it. I've been considering doing a custom Shen Xorn figure for my ML collection, but the Gen base it would required is ridiculously expensive to use for a custom.

I still have a handful of the SOTA figures, but only a couple. Cammy, Blanka, Ibuki, Vega, Sagat (freshly scarred/blood-splattered variant), and Ken. The rest (which was most of the figures from Wave 2 to the 'end' of the initial line, plus the SDCC/Toyfare-exclusive Generations Dan) got the axe just because of changing priorities.

Though in hindsight, I do wish I'd kept that Gen.

Wouldn't have been the 'SNK going under' bit - SNK going down and coming back as SNK-Playmore happened across 2001-2003, while the Terry Bogard figure didn't even release until 2012. I really like what I seeing, specially Chun Li.
I hope this line will be succesful enough so we can get to all the classic characters, I wanted good figures of Blanka, Dhalsim & Balrog (Vega) for a long time now.

I really don’t feel that Cammy. The face is rather weird. I have no idea why they opted to go with generic anime eyes on this one, and they also seem to be printed. Which looks a bit odd since they printed the eye, with eyelashes and all, inside the eye socket... without any real depth to it.

And the gap between the pelvis piece and the legs is just plain ugly.

Rashid is okay I guess, but I don’t care about that character, and they also gave him a really creepy rape face here.

I agree. She doesnt really look like SF5 Cammy..... here's to hoping they will change *sth* but yeah.....
