Its really beautiful, and I knew the price would be $500 or so…..but way to much money is going out to toys right now. 3 haslabs and this?.rough timing. I may go with a payment plan or BBTS. I usually just pay upfront on these but?really rough timing.

I really want to get this but $500 is too much for me as well.

I gotta say, Super 7 continues to impress me with their TMNT Ultimates line. Most TMNT lines only hold my interest with the 4 standard turtles and a few of the main bad guys. But with Super 7, I’ve actually preordered figures like Undercover Raph and Surfer Mike.

Impressive, but I'm totally out of room and that's way too expensive.

Would be super tempting if I had the space, though.

Yeah, with this ending like a week after the Haslabs, I'm def going with BBTS. It's nice that S7 offers plans but you're paying it off in full in 3 months while we won't pay BBTS until it's fully released.

I'm in! This thing is gorgeous. I've been enjoying the Super7 turtles more than the Neca stuff. They're just more fun to handle. I feel all you regarding the barrage of toys coming our way at the moment. Luckily, I'm not in any of the HasLab stuff, so this is an easy YES for me. Love it.

Anyone know what the shipping cost is if preordered directly from Super 7? BBTS is wanting an extra $50 for this before shipping, but charges much cheaper shipping cost, so I'm curious what the overall price difference would be versus Super 7

I got quoted $48 to ship directly from Super7. BBTS charges $4 plus tax to ship anything, so it will be a little more. Not too bad, all things considered. Surprised at Entertainment Earth's shipping. Over $100!

Thanks. Sounds like BBTS is the best option so I won't have to pay for this for a year

It looks great. Super7's really killing it with the TMNT stuff. But since I'm trying to only stick with the NECA line, I'm hoping that they release a cartoon version of the Van. Since that's something that hasn't been done and it'll hopefully/probably be cheaper. They've hinted at it a couple times.

Wonder why the stickers aren't vintage accurate.

just because they put a high price on an item doesnt make it a premium item. does it look nice, yes? dos it look 12 times as nice or offer 12 times the amount of material that the recently retro playmates van did, heck no. this price is just absurd and even at 50% off it would still be absurd. ripoff.

It's all relative. For the size of the thing and the fact it's only being made to order like rest of the line, Super7 has got to make its money back somehow.

Exactly. I've seen so many people compare it to the vintage re-release...like Playmates using an old ass mold to re-release something to the biggest retailer in the US has anything to do with creating a brand new vehicle in a much larger scale.

Totally agree, this would have been far more tempting to me if it was more toon accurate since the toy version was not, which is why I ended up as a kid getting the blimp versus the party wagon. If they did something more of a hybrid toon and toy version it might have been a bit more tempting for me. Still have the Hot Wheels version of the van, though yes not in scale. But they did provide some nice accessories and looks like a good updated toy version. But again not for me and don't need to add my opinion on the price (its across the board these days).

Looks awesome but why BBTS wants $125 non refundable payment up front for this vs the Thundertank's $50 is a head scratcher

I'm not sure if I'm going for it. I'm a bit surprised I'm not jumping on this. TMNT is my fav jam.
I need to think it over a bit.

I think the $50 deposit was a bad miss on their part. The $125 deposit or 25% is much safer for them to avoid eating the cost on too many cancelled orders.
