It took them three waves of Ultimates, but I finally have one of my personal wants from this line: Cortex Commander, who came out great (pre-order is in)! Unfortunately, I couldn't care less about the other guy in this wave, but whatever.

Well, yeah but, i also think people are kind of over super 7 at this point. The high prices, QC issues, delays, the quirky choices they make at times...all of it. No one is talking about these Worst figures, or about the Voltron variant they just revealed or how their lines have been getting marked down by etailers rather quickly...tmnt,2001, transformers. People can only get disappointed so many times before indifference sets in and they stop giving a shit. My two cents...

The accessories for Cortex Commander are fantastic! The Worst characters have always given me strong “Ventures Brothers” vibes (and “Blood Diner” in Commander’s case), which I think is why I like them so much.

I like Killer Bat’s design a lot, I’m just on the fence about whether I like him $55 much.

Venture Brothers is a perfect comparison. My fingers are crossed that Gas Phantom is next.
