Yah. What a superb face sculpt. It *is* young Luke.

Could Black Series Luke's fabric tunic fit over Figuarts Luke's plastic-tunic arms???

I too can pass on the 'Heavy Gunner' trooper. I pre-ordered the Riot Trooper because he was so cool in the movie. (He deserved a better end!) The only remaining trooper for me is OT Snowtrooper with tripod cannon...

Royal Guard is supposed to be out this month. It's expensive but preorders are sold out at BBTS. Probably because everyone is getting two.

Hey guys and experts
(I asked this also in the Rey Mafex Thread, so it can be deleted there)

Can someone tell me, if S.H. Figuarts plans to release an Rey Figure?

Because iam not sure if i shall buy Mafex Version, or wait for S.H. Figurarts, because these Figures have better more accurate Head Sculpt overall.

Do not get me wrong, i have pre ordered all Mafex Ben Affleck Batman Figures, even Desert Outfit, because i like the Head Sculpt. But i know
that S.H. Figuarts have an even better one, just look at the Captain America
Civil War unmasked Figure.

So is there a Chance, that Figuarts will release an Rey Figure in the Future?
Because i know that they have already started to produce Star Wars Figures, and these look so accurate

I think it's fair to assume Rey will get the Figuarts treatment eventually. The question is when though...

That being said, I feel you on the quality of Figuarts head sculpts, but in my opinion MAFEX really nailed the Force Awakens figures (obviously I'll have to wait to have them in hands since none are released yet), even more than Figuarts :

- Kylo Ren has a nice clothed robe (even though I'm usually not a fan of cloth on figures) and a cool unmasked head
- Phasma is really chrome
- C3PO is chrome too
- Even if the pic is kind of blurry, the Rey head sculpt seems pretty nice

That's why I personally decided to go for MAFEX when it comes to the new Trilogy figures, while I collect figuarts for the OT and prelogy.

Not sure if that will be of any help for you...

Its so frustrating that SH is very on the ball with the figures they're putting out that suit my tastes; as opposed to Hasbro and their verrry slow-moving 6" offerings. They really ought to re-issue older waves again, instead of going ahead with yet again more troopers and pointless background characters.

I'd really want the SH TPM Obi-Wan, Darth Maul, that upcoming RotS Vader, and some Clone troopers and Battle Droids to name a few. But the only thing holding me back is of course the massive price increase compared to Hasbro.

Je peux savoir où tu les trouves les Figuarts SW?? Ça fait 4 mois que j'ai quitté Paris, mais je n'ai pas le souvenir d'en avoir jamais vu ne serait-ce qu'une seule en boutique.

Quick question regarding the Movie Realization line, has there been any kind of news about the Ronin Jango Fett that was displayed last December ?
I'm getting a little worried since he wasn't displayed at Star Wars Celebration, while the new Stormtrooper Archer was...

Shore Trooper looks great! Han finally officially announced! His legs look short though, but hopefully it's just the photo. Can't wait to see more!

That's one of the best Han Solo head sculpts I've seen in a while.

Can someone explain to me, why S.H. Figuarts Kylo Ren is Limited Edition?

What is that Bullshit??? Nippon Yasan has added the Figure to the Store, but it is Limited Edition, so they want instant Payment, sending Payment Later in February on release is not possible.

BUT i can not see this "Limited Edition" sign on other shops or at
Tamashii Nations Site, so is he really an Exlusive Limited Edition?

Yeah, exactly! What's with the legs? Hope it's just a matter of photographic perspective (foreshortening). REALLY looking forward to a closer look before I pull the trigger. Fans have waited a very long time for a good premium Han figure on this scale. Joe's right: the head sculpt looks superb.

Addendum: Is there a difference between the Figuarts OT Stormtrooper and the new Rogue One Stormtrooper? Maybe the head sculpt...?

They've shown off Han at many recent shows, and his legs look fine. It's just photo trickery. Been waiting a long time for him (he was shown at the same time as Ep 4 Luke in, like, 2014.

Kind of a bummer that this is just a variant Kylo Ren with an unmasked head and some new accessories (melted vader helmet, Kylo Ren mask attached to alternate hand). I like variants, but to shell out another $50 plus for the same figure, lame. They should have just included swappable heads with the initial release. Yea, they gotta make money and put out slightly different versions. I'd gladly pay slightly more for an Ultimate version that has ALL the accessories a figure should have.

Will also be nice if the Han head fits on a stormtrooper body (only Star Wars SH Figuarts I passed on was the Stormtrooper, didn't like the way it looked) so I'm curious if the New Hope Han and Luke heads will fit on the better looking Rogue One stormtrooper, that'd be great.

Why didn't he just come with the unmasked head in the first place?

they shouldve done what mafex is doing with their batman v superman figures and have the kylo accessories as a pack in with a different figure. its still a cheesy tactic imo but less dubious than making people buy the same dam figure they already own just for the accessories.

I agree entirely! Like when they release chewie/c-3po either can be released with the cargo net that chewie uses in Empire to carry 3po when he's in pieces. Either figure release could come with it, for those getting both figures win win, for those just grabbing either or you just have a superfluous accessory.
