It seems any time I look for The A-Team movie action figures (interested in getting Face, due to it being great for customs that need a suit), they are always expensive or not there at all. Were they only released in certain countries? Were there few made? Was it unpopular and the line was canceled? Or are all the people selling them scalpers? I would like to know!

Those figures seemed to sell okay when they came out. They weren't extremely popular, but they managed to sell off the majority of their stock. At least for the 3 3/4" figures. The van was an excellent vehicle, however.

Regarding Face, he seemed to always be expensive. And I think it was for the exact reason that you stated. Everybody wanted him for customs. I myself bought three of him for the same reason. Don't have them anymore, or I'd sell you one. Good luck trying to find one man.

Here's the short list:

1. The movie wasn't as big as expected

2. The figures weren't that great (along the lines of Jazwares' MK figures)

3. The line wasn't as popular as expected, except for Face (for customs) and the van (as is, or as a Punisher custom)

4. The line got cancelled shortly after debuting (I think it made it to one wave of 3.75" figures).

The figures were indeed made by Jazwares, too. So, you're right: same sub-par quality.

Oh, okay. Thanks for the offer though.

Yet another line with a ton of potential totally squandered by the incompetents at Jazwares. In addition to the 5 small figures (A-Team plus Lynch) and the van (itself a bit cheap compared to Hasbro's Steel Crusher from Rise of Cobra), there were 2 large figures that were just awful. They were statically posed (pointless shoulder joints) and every single one I saw had an extremely warped gun. The only saving grace was that BA had some pre-recorded lines from the movie but even that wasn't worth the outlandish $20 price tag.
