Brings me back to the re-release in the late 90s. I loved that line when it came out.

That's a lot of empty space in 6" Jabba's package.

Damn. Hasbro is really fucking up between the SDCC and retail Jabba. Hopefully it comes back to bite them. Hard.

Same here.

I definitely want to show my support for their effort to introduce a vehicle into the line, but I'm not interested in ebay markups to get it.

Jabba sadly doesn't interest me a whole lot... the SDCC version? Sure. Unless I can have a good Jabba's Palace display going, though, I have no reason to own him.

Jabba looks pretty dang boring by himself, but damn do I need that Scout and Speeder Bike!!!

Now that I acquired a Boba Fett(from the wild, no less!!), I feel like I can finally dig into this line and really enjoy it. No more anxiety about never getting my favorite character. Now, my favorite OT Trooper permutation is getting made too... Good time to be into this line. Especially as a cherry-picker.

Why does Jabba only have 3 fingers on each hand? I thought he had 4 in the movies.

Why the hell does that Imperial Officer have a Roman Helmet on? I mean seriously Disney WTH. This line sucks and I will not be buying at all. The six inch series is the only thing that's worth buying everything is is pure crap.

Where are you seeing that?

If I recall, there are some characters that look like Imperial Guards, but they're blue, and have Roman helmets. They were designed before the Disney acquisition.

Imperial senate guard.. Precursor to the red ones we are used to.

However i believe he is observing the soldier in image 018.. With a romanesque look to his headgear.

Nope, three. I was pretty sure, but I just did a quick Google Image search to confirm it.

Which image are you referring to specifically? Other than that Senate Guard (which came from the prequels), I don't see anything that I would call a Roman helmet.

The blue ones are not Imperial, as the Empire had not been formed at that point.

Maybe he is, but I still don't see it. The visor area is kind of similar to the one on a Centurion's helmet, but so are half a dozen other helmet designs in Star Wars (like Mandalorians and Clone Troopers).

In TPM he has 4. You can see them clearly when he gives his speech before the Boonta Eve pod race. Granted, I don't count that particular discrepancy as canon. RotJ is the definitive Jabba.

There's a lot about TPM that I'd like to ignore, TBH. But Jabba having 4 fingers is not as high on the list as other issues with that film. An extra digit on Jabba is what I would call a goof by the animators at ILM and the equivalent of seeing a boom mic on camera.

Agreed on ROTJ Jabba. He's the only Huttese crimelord you'll ever need.
