The 4" retro figures are bad enough, but 12" ones for $90? No f'in way.

they were doing the Star Wars ones well before the 3.75" Funko releases. The Jumbo Star Wars oversized reissues has been their bread & butter for a while now.

I wish they would re-release the old Secret Wars figures. Hell, I'm sure some company out there could even make new figures. There was the whole lost wave that we never got. I would love that!
Anyway, back on topic. These are really cool. Sadly I can't afford them.

Really! I'm surprised by that.

Lost wave? Who was supposed to be in it?

These frustrate the hell out of me.

I *really* want the Secret Wars jumbos, but can't bring myself to get them knowing that GG totally cheaped out by not including the shields.

The European market got an Iceman, Constrictor and Electro. They're pretty rare overall.
The actual lost wave was going to feature Mr. Fantastic, Hulk, Abomination, Mystique, Dazzler, Thunderball and Annihilus.
You can read about it here (I hope this is ok share).

They were made by Mattel, so that's a no-go. What these have going in their favor is that Mattel doesn't have the Marvel license and they're not exact reproductions of the originals.

As much as I love the original Secret Wars Iron Man figure, a lot of the charm is lost when you supersize it.

I've never owned any of these jumbo figures but they're intriguing. For those who have, do you keep them in the package? I wonder if anyone takes them out.

I've got a couple, I removed them and gave the backer cards away.
They're exactly what they look like, giant versions of the originals. For me there are a couple vintage figures that were always favorites (Yoda, Bossk, Jedi Luke) and it's fun to have giant versions of them.
