Saw these at Wal Mart, unsure if there's a post already but I don't see any. Upon closer inspection these figures are not so great, I'm not to crazy about the 6 inch figures though.

wave three we already know about i think they will be classed as walmart exculsives etc avengers movie ones , and wave 4 is the comic wave with blade , punisher etc but not sure 100% what you class as a marvel legend but thats how i see it , intresting that there adding a fig without a piece of the baf

Yeh Thor from series 1, and both spideys from series 2 don't have a baf piece.

I found series 2 at Toys R Us 3 weeks ago, Did not have my phone on me or I would have taken pics, and I saw more stock of them last week. They were all over ebay so I figured everyone was getting them. This is the first I have heard of a wal mart sighting.

busted into a case at my walmart, all were one per, except Bucky Cap. It was the variant case with FF Spidy, Thunderball, Unmasked Daken & Masque.

I want like 75%of wave 2, 40% of wave 1, blah I half feel like buying them all just to get the baf's or partly to sell the baf's and compensate the costs of the figures, as the pieces are about $5+ on ebay.
