Concept Dark Side Anakin WTH

Is the concept Anakin from The Legacy Collection supposed to be hard to find? Just wondering, I don't hunt after SW as much as I used to but every now and then I look around, and this figure is impossible to sight like the variant hoth trooper.

I pray that Hasbro did not case pack this thing like they did with Mcquarrie Boba.

Hell, I can't even spot the variant Ugnaught, let alone the Hoth trooper or Anakin. It's a good thing I'm only a spotter for SW merch these days. I'd have no hair on my head by now.
