These flexible red rubber hoses

I thought they were TMNT. Can't find them anywhere. Pretty certain they're not LEGO. There's no swivel at the ends, they're 1 piece of rubber from end to end, each exactly 2in long. The ends are open to plug onto pegs.

Those really look like lego parts. Do they tab onto a lego brick? They are probably some kind of knock off.
