Dc multiverse Maskless 89 Batman Packaging Variation?

Well my TRU finally restocked these so I grabbed 2 of them because my friend needed one too....got home and noticed a bit of a packaging variation.....notice where the grapnel gun is located in the bubble

Have both as well. Noticed the variation at home. It is probably a running change since the gun is located in the same place as the masked version and changed in the other. Probably won't affect value but who knows. Remember the whole Star Wars short saber, long tray ordeal?
